Returns

While we do not offer returns on our product, we shall do everything in our power to rectify any issues that you are facing. Please write to us on [email protected] with your order number.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, you have to do so within 48 hours of the placement if you have placed it under standard delivery. Once you have received a confirmation of the cancellation, please wait for two weeks time for the refund to be reflected in your bank accounts.
